Trusted & Reliable
Our reputation is everything to us. We've built it one satisfied customer at a time across Essex.
Our Story
Prime Automotive started from a simple idea: Essex deserves a garage that puts people first. Based out of Vanguard Way in Shoeburyness, Southend-on-Sea, we're a small family operation that takes pride in every job — whether that's collecting a scrap car from Basildon, diagnosing an engine fault on an Audi A4, or fitting new tyres before the school run.
We're not a big chain with shareholders to please. We're real people from Essex who understand that car problems are stressful enough without being overcharged or given the runaround. That's why we keep things straightforward — honest advice, fair prices, and work we stand behind.
Over the years, we've developed deep expertise in Audi vehicles alongside our general automotive services. From scrap car collection across the UK to specialist diagnostics, we offer a range of services that our community depends on — and we're proud that most of our work comes from word-of-mouth recommendations.
