3. We collect, pay you, and handle the paperwork
Once you accept, we arrange a collection time that suits you — same-day where possible. We pay you cash on collection, take the car to a licensed Authorised Treatment Facility, and make sure your DVLA notification and Certificate of Destruction come through properly.

Do I need to be there when you collect the car?
Yes — we'll need to see your ID, the V5C if you have it, and have you sign the disposal paperwork. The whole collection takes about 10-15 minutes.
What if I've lost the V5C (logbook)?
